Case Study / CredPal
A visual system for financial communication at scale.
CredPal is a Nigerian fintech offering credit, BNPL and savings products. The work shown here is the repeatable visual system built to carry that communication across products, campaigns and audiences — not a single campaign.
The Project
Many products.
One visual language.
CredPal needed to communicate a wide range of financial ideas — BNPL, credit, savings, merchant tools, in-app features — to audiences ranging from first-time borrowers to merchants and wealth partners.
The challenge was not producing individual graphics. It was building a repeatable visual language capable of carrying BNPL, credit, financial education, merchant communication and seasonal campaigns — without fragmenting into unrelated one-off posts.
The System
Same system.
Different financial conversations.
The same headline-plus-visual structure, the same blue-and-white brand world, carries BNPL promotion, credit communication, financial education and in-app product messaging without needing a new visual grammar each time.
Campaign Variants
One campaign.
Built to run as a sequence.
The Back to School campaign shows the system working as a carousel — a four-slide tip sequence — while the same message also ran as a standalone product tie-in, proof the system flexes to whatever the moment requires.
Beyond the Post
Beyond the promotional post.
The same system also carried real in-app product communication, merchant-facing collateral, and fee disclosure — proof it operated as business communication, not only social content.
Communication at Scale
A high-volume content calendar.
Promotional, educational, product, cultural and engagement content, all carrying the same visual identity — a small sample of a much larger, continuously running system.
Range & Register
Different audiences.
Different moments.
Same visual language.
From a personal Father's Day testimonial, to a religious holiday greeting, to an inspirational quote card — the tone shifts with the moment, but the underlying system stays recognizably CredPal.
