Case Study / CredPal

A visual system for financial communication at scale.

CredPal is a Nigerian fintech offering credit, BNPL and savings products. The work shown here is the repeatable visual system built to carry that communication across products, campaigns and audiences — not a single campaign.

CredPal post 'All aboard the CredPal train!': a glossy 3D blue high-speed train against a dark navy city-skyline background, opening slide of a feature-tour carousel.

The Project

Many products.
One visual language.

CredPal needed to communicate a wide range of financial ideas — BNPL, credit, savings, merchant tools, in-app features — to audiences ranging from first-time borrowers to merchants and wealth partners.

The challenge was not producing individual graphics. It was building a repeatable visual language capable of carrying BNPL, credit, financial education, merchant communication and seasonal campaigns — without fragmenting into unrelated one-off posts.

The System

Same system.
Different financial conversations.

The same headline-plus-visual structure, the same blue-and-white brand world, carries BNPL promotion, credit communication, financial education and in-app product messaging without needing a new visual grammar each time.

CredPal post 'Buy Now, Pay Later — Enjoy flexible payment plans for your purchases': a 3D shopping cart full of groceries, on a white background with App Store and Google Play badges.
CredPal post 'Get credit the easy way — Access credit facilities with competitive rates and flexible repayment options': a man checking his phone with an earbud in, on a dark blue background.
CredPal post '3 Practical Tips to Master Your Debt': a glowing lightbulb illustration, on a dark blue background.
CredPal post 'Earn an amazing 2-4% on the savings you refer to the CredPal app': a phone mockup showing the real Wealth Partners Onboarding Form screen.

Campaign Variants

One campaign.
Built to run as a sequence.

The Back to School campaign shows the system working as a carousel — a four-slide tip sequence — while the same message also ran as a standalone product tie-in, proof the system flexes to whatever the moment requires.

CredPal ad 'Back to School Loans. Up to 2 Million Naira.': a smiling boy wearing a backpack inside a blue rounded frame, on a white background with school-supply illustrations.

Beyond the Post

Beyond the promotional post.

The same system also carried real in-app product communication, merchant-facing collateral, and fee disclosure — proof it operated as business communication, not only social content.

CredPal in-app notification 'Due for a credit limit increase?': step-by-step request instructions above a real screenshot of the app's Bank Transfer screen.
CredPal Merchant flyer 'Buy Now Pay Later': a QR code, App Store and Google Play badges, a four-step 'How it works' guide, and merchant contact details.
CredPal post 'Updated Transaction Fees: Between ₦1-₦5,000 will attract a ₦10 charge.': a fee-disclosure graphic with a transfer icon, on a blue background.

Communication at Scale

A high-volume content calendar.

Promotional, educational, product, cultural and engagement content, all carrying the same visual identity — a small sample of a much larger, continuously running system.

CredPal post 'Happy Eid El Kabir From CredPal': a lantern and mosque-skyline illustration, on a light background.
CredPal post '4 Months Left in 2024 — Here's How to Achieve Your Financial Breakthrough': a woman celebrating with raised fists, on a blue background.
CredPal post 'Credit Mistakes to Avoid — Swipe left to learn more!': a 3D credit-card icon, on a dark navy background.
CredPal post 'Facts about BNPL in Nigeria': a woman with headphones checking her phone and card, on a blue background.
CredPal post 'Do you know these words and their meaning?': four financial-term pills beside a man thinking, on a blue background.
CredPal post 'Impulsive Spenders — Aries (March 21-April 19)': a man holding a small shopping cart, with the tip 'Take a moment to think before you buy!'.
CredPal post 'Financial Freedom Awaits — Become a CredPal Wealth Partner!': a man smiling at his phone, with an 'Apply Now' link.

Range & Register

Different audiences.
Different moments.
Same visual language.

From a personal Father's Day testimonial, to a religious holiday greeting, to an inspirational quote card — the tone shifts with the moment, but the underlying system stays recognizably CredPal.

CredPal Father's Day testimonial slide, 'Dami': 'My Dad taught me: Money is to be spent... wisely!', with a photo and a childhood-memory bubble.
CredPal post 'Happy Id El Maulud!': a gold Islamic-arch illustration with hanging lanterns, on a deep blue background.
CredPal quote card: 'Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.' — Arthur Ashe, with a winding-road illustration.

One visual system.
Built to make financial communication clearer.
